Steam generator

The steam generator is a fully completed product which, unlike traditional boilers, does not requite special skills to install and operate. It is compact and lightweight, so it can be very easily and cheaply moved from place to place, or even used as mobile equipment. The steam generator is a flow-through multi-pipe steam engine, with parallel or parallel-series connection of induction steam pipes. Produces steam with temperatures from 110°С to 175°С, excess pressure of up to 8 bar, and can produce from 100 to 1,200 kg of steam per hour. The technology allows to produce steam from hot water without boiling.

The heating element volume is less than 1 liter, as a result of which the technical standards and rules do not apply to the object of increased danger (TP-TC-032/2013, order No. 116 of Rostechnadzor)



Steam production by a induction steam generator operating on the commercial frequency of alternating current is most efficient compared to steam generators using other methods of electric heating, as there is no need to keep liquid constantly boiling. Importantly, the induction method does not require water conditioning. The most notable property of an induction steam generator is its rapid operation which allows to use it in brief repeating cycles achieving further energy savings.

The options to produce 1,000 kg of steam per hour with temperature of 150–170°C and operating pressure of 0.7 MPa on different equipment types.
